How To Change A Teams Status

There are five different statuses in TGS. It is important to update the team's status when it changes.

• Pending - All teams will show this as a default until their status has been changed
• Accepted - Typically events will accept a team once they have paid
• Not Accepted - This is used when an event is full or the team is not qualified
• Waitlisted - For those teams that you don't have room for yet but might have a spot open in the future
• Withdrawn - The team has notified the event that they are not able to participate and need to withdraw their application

In order to update the status you will go to the team's list and select the check box next to the team(s) that you wish to update. Then go to the top and change the status.
