How to Issue a Refund

Issuing a refund is very quick and easy to do. Note you can only refund up to the amount that they paid with a credit card.

• Log into your TGS Event Account. 
• From the left side menu, select Tournaments.
• Select your Tournament.
• From the left menu, select Banking.
• Select Ledger.
• Select the arrow icon to the right of the Team you want to issue a refund for. 
• In fly out, fill our refund, amount, reason, and any notes. 
• Select 'Refund' to process.
