Log into your TGS account: Click Here
Select the Events tab on the top of the page
Select your event type (Tournament, League, Past Events)
Select the Event
On the left navigation select the link Seeding/Formats
Select from the dropdown your division (You must have added division and flights before you can do this)
Select the flight you wish to create a format for by clicking the arrow on the right
On the left-hand side, the system will show you all the teams that have applied for your event in that particular division.
Select the green plus symbol for each team you wish to add.
Additional Helpful Tools:
The system will default to show you all teams that have applied. You can filter this by changing the filter
The yellow note pad next to the team names shows you the team's history, team info, application notes, and any personal notes added by the event staff.
