How To Create A Format For Your Division/Flight

Log into your TGS account: Click Here

Select the Events tab on the top of the page 

Select your event type (Tournament, League, Past Events)

Select the Event

On the left navigation select the link Seeding/Formats

Select from the dropdown your division (You must have added division and flights before you can do this)

Select the flight you wish to create a format for by clicking the arrow on the right

Select Formatting

Select type drop-down - Bracket Only or Group to Bracket

Select the number of teams

Select the min # of games

Select the teams per group

Select group configuration

Select Max games a team can play per day

Select the minimum time before a team's next game

Select the create button

The system will automatically create your group(s)

If you have chosen to have bracket play you will need to:

Select your bracket format by selecting it from the dropdown

You can change the game length for bracket games or the final game by editing the area in the grey box next to the dropdown
