How To Advance Teams Into Your Formats/Flights

Log into your TGS account: Click Here

Select the Events tab on the top of the page 

Select your event type (Tournament, League, Past Events)

Select the Event

On the left navigation select the link Seeding/Formats

Select from the dropdown your division (You must have added division and flights before you can do this)

Select the flight you wish to create a format for by clicking the arrow on the right

Select Advance teams

Select the Advance teams button. 

This will advance the teams is based on the seeds.

If you need to undo the advancements you can by selecting the Undo button

Additional Features

The system will automatically change the background to yellow if the team in a group have played each other in the last 6 months.

You can click on the info icon to see when they played each other and the results

You can drag and drop teams to other groups which will update the seeds and games if scheduled

You do not need to have all the teams in the division/flight to create the schedule the system automatically creates placeholders for you.
