How To Add Venue/Field Availability

Access Your Event

• Log into your TGS account: Click Here
• Select the Events tab on the top of the page
• Select your event type (Tournament, League, Past Events)
• Select the Event

Add Availability To The Venues

• On the left navigation select the link Venues & Complexes
• Select the arrow next to the Complex/Venue
• Select availability
• Select your venue from the dropdown
• Select multiple days or one day
• Add the date
• Add the start time (This should be the start of the first game)
• Add the end time (This should be the end of the last game)
• Select the add button

Repeat steps for each field
