If your club is part of a league, such as ECNL, that is run by TGS then it is required that you add your venues and fields.
- Login to Your TGS Account Click Here and select the Club Role
- Under the Club, menu select Complex/Venue
- On the top right select Add
- Fill in ALL Information on this first Screen
IMPORTANT
When you add a venue you MUST also add the fields to that venue. i.e. If it is a high school, you can put Stadium or Field 1.
Select the Save and Next Button
- Select the Type Of Venue
- Select the Number of Venues (i.e. number of fields at this location)
- Select Add
- After you add the venues you can edit the field name, add the size of the fields, Surface, and status
- Be sure to select Save & Add Availability
Add Availability
- Select the Individual venue or select all (by selecting all you will add the same dates and times for all fields)
- Select the date range or individual dates
- Enter the start time (When games kick-off)
- Enter the End time (When the last game is finished)
- Select Add
