How To Register a Staff To ECNL, RL or US Club

Follow the steps below to Register to ECNL, RL, and US Club

• Login to your TGS Club Account Click Here
• Select Association Registration on the bottom of the navigation
• Select the box for the Organization in wish to register to
• Select Staff

You will now see the master list of all of your staff for your entire club. ALL staff that has the status Eligible will have a checkbox next to their picture. 

• Select the box(s) next to the staff's picture that has a status of eligible
• Select the Registration Button on the top right-hand corner

You will now see the staff and the price to register the staff. If the staff already has a valid card from the previous season it will display a $0.00 amount.

Select the Pay Now button on the bottom right-hand corner.

A flyout will open asking for you to input your credit card. You can use VISA, Master Card, Discover, or AMEX

Select the Pay Now button to process your payment.

Staff have now been registered and are in Review status. Staff basic information can not be changed at this point unless the staff comes back denied.
