In order to change your Fitness Information, you must first log into your TGS player profile Click Here
On the left-hand side click My Profile. Under the My Profile tab click on "Fitness Info".
Under Fitness Info you will see One Mile (Min / Sec). Under One Mile (Min / Sec) Click on the up and down icon and choose your Min. Click on the up and down icon to the right to choose your sec for your One Mile
Under Fitness Info you will see 20 Yard Dash (Point / Sec). Under (Point / Sec) Click on the up and down icon and choose your Point. Click on the up and down icon to the right to choose your sec for your 20 Yard Dash
Under Fitness Info you will see T-Drill (Min / Sec). Under T-Drill (Min / Sec) Click on the up and down icon and choose your Min. Click on the up and down icon to the right to choose your sec for your T-Drill
Under Fitness Info you will see Two Mile (Min / Sec). Two Mile (Min / Sec) Click on the up and down icon and choose your Min. Click on the up and down icon to the right to choose your sec for your Two Mile
Under Fitness Info you will see 40 Yard Dash (Point / Sec). 40 Yard Dash (Point / Sec) Click on the up and down icon and choose your Point. Click on the up and down icon to the right to choose your sec for your 40 Yard Dash
Under Fitness Info you will see Vertical Jump (Ft / In). Under Vertical Jump (Ft / In) Click on the up and down icon and choose your Ft. Click on the up and down icon to the right to choose your In for your Vertical Jump
After you have filled out all Fitness Info click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to continue.
