You will first want to log into your club account Click Here
Once you have logged into your club account will need to follow these steps:
- Select the Programs Tab
- On the left navigation select Evaluations then templates
Select the name of the evaluation template that you would like to add your categories or questions to.
On the top right-hand corner of the page select the New Category Button
The fly-out menu will open on the right-hand side of the page asking you to add your categories. The TGS system has pre-set categories or you can create a custom category. Simply select one of the options to add to your template.
You can add as many categories as you like.
Adding Questions to the categories
Select the button located on the top right-hand corner of the page called New Question
The fly-out menu will open on the right-hand side of the page asking you to select what category the question you adding belongs to.
Select your category. It will then ask you if you want to use pre-set questions or create a custom question.
You can make any of your questions required or not required for your staff to answer.
