How To Assign Evaluations To a Staff Member To Fill Out?

You will first want to log into your club account Click Here

Once you have logged into your club account will need to follow these steps:

The page will load all players from your club teams. There are two different ways to adding Evaluations to Staff members.

Option 1

Select the individual players by selecting the check box next to their picture
Select the button on the top right-hand corner Assign Evaluations
The fly-out will open asking you to choose the template and the evaluator you wish to assign to. (It is important to remember that the players must fit the criteria that you set up for the template. If they do not you will receive a notification)

An automated email is sent instantly to your staff notifying them that you have assigned them an evaluation(s) for them to fill out.

Option 2

Select the button on the top right-hand corner Assign Evaluations
The flyout will open asking you to choose the template
You have the option to send to players in your club by birth years or by teams. (Choose only one or the other not both)
Select the Staff member that you are assigning the evaluations too

(It is important to remember that the players must fit the criteria that you set up for the template. If they do not you will receive a notification)

An automated email is sent instantly to your staff notifying them that you have assigned them an evaluation(s) for them to fill out.
