You will first want to log into your team account Click Here
Once you have logged into your team account and selected your team will need to follow these steps:
- Select Health & Fitness on the left navigation
- Select Workout Plans right below this
- Now you will be able to see all workout plans previous added
- Select the New Plan button located in the top right-hand corner
- The fly-out menu will open asking you to name your plan. Press Save to continue.
- Your workout plan will now be listed in the list view. You can edit the plan name or status by clicking the pencil to the right of the plan.
