- Log into your Toal Global Sports Team Account.

- If you have multiple teams that you manage select the correct team.)
- On the left navigation select Events
- Across the top of the page, there are three boxes select My Upcoming Events
- Select the event by selecting the event name
- Select Player Check-In
Based on the event set up there are multiple ways and event can require Player Check-In
Scenario 1
The event requires Team Documents + Player Documents
Team Documents: To upload your team documents you will need to select the upload link next to the documents required. If the documents have already been uploaded then you can select the change link if you wish to change the document.
Once the documents are uploaded and ready then select the checkbox next to each player and then submit for review button.
Player Documents: To upload the player's individual documents select the pen tool next to the player's status. A flyout will open allowing you to upload the required items. Some items will be automatically added if they are already in the system for you.

Important that some items might not be changeable due to the player's documents being used for an association registration such as US Club soccer.
Scenario 2
The event requires Team Documents Only
Team Documents: To upload your team documents you will need to select the upload link next to the documents required. If the documents have already been uploaded then you can select the change link if you wish to change the document.
Once the documents are uploaded and ready then select the submit for review.
If the event is requiring your team roster all of your players will not be eligible until the event has approved your roster which will then make the players that are on the roster eligible and able to be rostered to the event games.
Scenario 3
The event requires Player Documents Only
Player Documents: To upload the player's individual documents select the pen tool next to the player's status. A flyout will open allowing you to upload the required items. Some items will be automatically added if they are already in the system for you.
Important that some items might not be changeable due to the player's documents being used for an association registration such as US Club soccer.
It is important that you know that players that are not eligible status will not show up for you under the roster page until their status is eligible. This applies to all scenarios.
