In order to set up Donations / Sponsorships, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here
- Under Select Access Level choose Club
- Select your Club (select one if you have multiple)
- Select the Programs tab
- On the left-hand side, select Club Billing
- Choose the program you would like to set up Donations / Sponsorships
- On the left-hand side, select Donations / Sponsorships
Overview:
Here you can give a detailed description of what the Donations / Sponsorships are for. When you have entered your details click Save Overview
Do You Want To Offer Donations:
Click yes.
Select The Amounts You Want To Offer:
Here you will see choices with pre-set amounts for Donations. Select the amount you would like your members to choose from. You can choose one amount or you can choose all amounts. If you choose other members can enter whatever amount they would like.
Do You Want To Offer Sponsorships?
Click Yes.
In the right-hand, corner click Add New.
Sponsorship Name: Click the line below and enter the name of your sponsorship package
Sponsorship Amount. Click the line below and enter the amount of your sponsorship package
Sponsorship Description: Enter the details of your sponsorship package.
You can add as many sponsorship packages as you would like by repeating these steps.
When all information is entered click save.
Sponsorship Types:
To Edit Sponsorships click the edit icon all the way to the right of the sponsorship package you would like to edit. Here you can edit any of the existing information. Once changes have been made click save.
