How To Add A Scholarship

In order to Add A Scholarship, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here

• Under Select Access Level choose Team (Coach)(Admin)
• Select your team
• On the left-hand side select Billing
• On the left-hand side, select Team Billing
• Choose the program you would like to Add A Scholarship in
• On the left-hand side, select Members
• Select the Member you want to Scholarship

Member Details

A fly-out menu will populate to the right. Under Groups/Team - Fee Plans select one. Under Player, Adjustments click on Scholarship Information

Scholarship Player: Click yes

Here you can enter the amount of Scholarship 

Scholarship Type: Here choose the reason for the Scholarship

When Scholarship information has been entered click save.
