Who Receives Game Change Request.

When the home team does a Game Change Request an email will be sent to staff members with "Club Access" such as Club Director or Club Registrar. It is then up to that individual to accepts or decline the Game Change Request.

The Accepted or Declined response will be emailed back to the requester and the league.
