In order to View Campaigns and Analytics, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here
- Under Select Access Level choose Club
- Select your Club
- On the left-hand side, select Communication Center
- On the left-hand side, select Campaigns/ Analytics
Automated Reports: Here you will see an overview of the Total Campaigns you have created, and the Average Open, Click, and Issue Rate.
All of your Active Campaigns will populate below and you will see Campaign Name, Date Sent, Subscribers, Opens, Clicks, and Reports
You will also be able to view the following reports by simply clicking on them.
Registration Complete: Clicking into this report you will see all members that have completed registration. Including member's names, emails, program names, sent date, opens, clicks, issues, and details.
Payment Reminder: Clicking into this report you will see all members that have been sent a payment reminder. Including member's names, emails, program names, sent date, opens, clicks, issues, and details.
Past Due: Clicking into this report you will see all members that have been sent a past due reminder. Including member's names, emails, program names, sent date, opens, clicks, issues, and details.
Credit Card Expired: Clicking into this report you will see all members that have been sent a Credit Card Expired notification. Including member's names, emails, program names, sent date, opens, clicks, issues, and details.
Credit Card Declined: Clicking into this report you will see all members that have been sent a Credit Card Declined notification. Including member's names, emails, program names, sent date, opens, clicks, issues, and details.
Tryout Invite: Clicking into this report you will see all members that have been sent a Tryout Invitation. Including member's names, emails, program names, sent date, opens, clicks, issues, and details.
