How To Schedule Practices

In order to Schedule Practices, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here

• Under Select Access Level choose Club Role
• Select your Club
• On the left side, menu select Club Scheduler

Club Calendar View:

Events: Here you will see Club Practices and all of your leagues. To schedule Club Practices click the box to the left of Club Practices. This will bring up the window below.

Teams:

Here you will choose what Type and Gender of the team you are scheduling for. Depending on your selections your teams will populate below.

To schedule a practice select a team by clicking and dragging them to the right under the desired complex, field, and time.

Team Practice: This will bring out another flyout with practice info and team information. Once you have created the practice time and confirmed your invited players, click save. An automatic email will be sent to all players on the list with their updated practice schedules.

Your practice schedule will populate in the master calendar. Repeat this action to schedule for each team.
