How To Create A Marketing Campaign

College Dashboard:

• Click Camps/ Marketing

Click Our Marketing Plans

Marketing: At the bottom of the page select Create New Campaign. 

New Campaign: Here you will see different templates you can choose from. To view what the template looks like select View Template. When you find the one you like simply select it and at the bottom of the page click next. 

To begin building your template you will need to select from all of the following options.

Campain Name: Give your campaign a name

Subject Line: Give your campaign a subject

From Email. Type in the email you would like to send the campaign from

Player Commitment Status:  Here you will choose the status of players you would like to send the camp email to. The options are All, Uncommitted, and Verbally Committed. Simply select your preferred choice and click save.

Select By Birth Years: Select the birth years you wish to send the campaign email to.

Select Positions: Here you can select who receives the email by position.

Select Regions or States: Here you have the option to select players by region or by state. Selecting a region will break the country into 4 zones. Simply select your preferred zones. Selecting by the state will let you choose the specific state you would like to reach. When you have chosen your preferences click save

Once you have finished building your template at the bottom of the page click next. This will bring up a preview of your marketing campaign. You will see how many players and how many parents the email is being sent to. You can edit the info and also choose whether you want the email to be sent to the player's parents or not. After you review and you are ready click send at the bottom of the page.
