How To Upload Required Documents

In order to upload documents for a program that you have already registered to, you will need to follow the directions below.

• Log in to your parent account HERE
• Select My Children
• Select Your Child
• Select Billing & Payment Info
• Select the Program
• Scroll down to find the section for Agreement & Forms
• Select upload next to the form you need to add.
