In order to Send Club Wide Notifications, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here
- Under Select Access Level choose Club
- Select your Club
- On the left-hand side, select Communication Center
- On the left-hand side, select Club Mobile App
- On the left-hand side, select Messaging/ Chat
- Right top corner select New Message
Message Info
Here you select the parameters for your message.
Message Title: Give your message a title
Who are you sending to: Select who you want the message to go to. Choices include Team, Staff, or Parents
Gender: Select the gender you are sending to. Choices include Female, Male, or Both
Select : Depending who you selected you will now be able to choose who you are sending to in that selected category. Example: If you selected teams the system will ask you to select the teams you would like to send to. You can select all or pick and choose multiple teams. You will then be prompted to choose who on the selected teams you want to send to. The choices are Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Admins, and Parents. You can select all or select one or multiple.
Allow Members To Reply To Message? If you leave the box unchecked the members that receive this message will not be able to reply. If you check the box then any member that receives this message has the ability to reply.
Type Message: Type your message here. When you have completed the message click send. Your message will be immediately sent to all the selected members.
Allow Members To Reply To Message? If you decide to check the box to give members the ability to reply to your club notification you will be able to see the messages com in in the order they were sent. You can reply directly to the messages below where it says reply.
After every club notification you send, in the top right hand corner you will see analytics on what members and how many members the notification was sent to.
