How To Create Formats

The Formats are the general layout of each division and flight.

Log into your TGS account- Click Here

• Select Tournaments or Leagues from the left-hand navigation menu
• Select the event name
• Select Scheduler
• Select Settings & Formats
• Select Formats
• Select Add
• A fly out window will open

Format Name - This will be the name of the format that you will recognize when you assign it later.

Options - Depending on your event you will have Group to Bracket, Group Only or Bracket Only

# of Teams - This is the number of teams that will be in this format

# of Groups - Depending on the number of teams you select you will have different groups to select from

Min # of Games - This will determine the minimum number of games a single team will play in this format

Bracket Option - Depending on your selections above you may have more than one bracket option

Example:

If you have a group of 6 teams and you want them to play 3 group games and the top 2 teams come out to the final then you would select this option.
