How To Create A Parent Account

IMPORTANT: A parent can NOT share the same email as a player in the athlete one system. This is due to the connection between the player and colleges and how the messaging works.

** If your child is currently using your email address, we recommend that you log in to your player’s account and change their email address to their personal email address or an alternative one. To log into your child’s account, please use this link

To create a parent account or find out if you already have an existing account, start by accessing the athlete one login page.

Step 1:  Input the email address under which your account is registered and click 'search' 

Step 2:  If the system recognizes the email address, a “High Five!” alert will appear that says an account already exists with that email.

Step 3:  If an account does not already exist with your email address, a “Heads Up!” alert will appear and prompt you to create a new account > you will then select 'Create New Account’

Step 4:  Input all required information and select 'create' > you will get a Game On! alert to confirm your account has been created.

Step 5:  You will then receive an email to activate your account and verify your email address.  Once you click the link, you can log into your parent account.
