Email For Families To Update Player Emails

Below is an email that we recommend sending to your families prior to opening registration. This will allow them to update their player's email to the player's own personal email address. This allowing the parent the ability to use their email for their parent account.

We are excited to announce that we will be using TGS for our club registration this year. With this new change we will need you verify that your player's email address is set up as their own personal email in TGS. Each player has a player profile for college recruiting already. You will need to follow the step below in order to update your player's email.

In order to change the player's email address, you must first log into their TGS player profile Click Here

• On the left-hand side click Player Profile. Under the Player Profile tab click on "Basic Info".
• Click on the email line below "Email" and enter your email address.

Once the email address is entered click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

** Please note each user must have a UNIQUE email address.

Now that you have updated their email you will be set to use your personal email for your parent account.
