You will first want to log into your team account Click Here
Once you have logged into your team account and selected your team will need to follow these steps:
- Select Health & Fitness on the left navigation
- Select Workout Plans right below this
- Select +Add Plan at the top right to add a new workout plan
- Once you have added the plan it will be listed in the list view
- Select the Plan name from the list view
You will now select the button Add Workout located in the top right corner.
The fly-out will open asking about the workout type with a drop down menu of these options:
- Walk
- Jog
- Run
- Sprints
- Intervals
- Technical Footwork
- Juggling
- Core Body Work
- Upper Body Work
- Lower Body Work
Depending on the type of workout you have chosen you will have the option to:
- View The workout
- Assign the Time
- Assign the Distance
- Date of workout
- Repeat (If you want this workout to repeat)
- Add Note (This will allow you to add a note for this workout so the player to see when viewing this workout)
