In order to Set Up A Program, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here
- Under Select Access Level choose Team Admin or Head Coach
- Select your Team
- Select the Programs tab
- On the left-hand side, select Team Billing
- In the right-hand corner click New Program
Name: Here you name your program. Example: TGS Soccer Club 2020-2021 Club Dues.
Description (optional) You can give your program a description
Registration Open Date: Choose a date you would like your registration to start
Registration Close Date: Choose a date you would like your registration to end
Status: To activate this program click Active. To make it Inactive click inactive. To Archive click Archive.
To make the program Public click Public, To keep program Private click Private
Click +Add Program To create a new program
