In order to Set Up A Program, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here
- Under Select Access Level choose Club
- Select your Club (If you have multiple clubs in your account)
- Select the Programs tab
- On the left-hand side, select Travel Registration
- In the right-hand corner click New Program
Name: Here you name your program. Example: TGS SC Phoenix Showcase May
Description (optional) You can give your program a description
Registration Open Date: Choose a date you would like your registration to start
Registration Closed Date: Choose a date you would like your registration to end
Status: To activate this program click Active. To make it Inactive click inactive. To Archive click Archive.
To make the program Public click Public, To keep program Private click Private
Click +Add Program To create a new program
