How To Disable A Payment Plan

In order to Disable A Payment Plan, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here

• Under Select Access Level choose Club Registrar
• Select your Club
• Select the Programs tab
• On the left-hand side, select Club Billing
• Choose the program you would like to Disable A Payment Plan in
• On the left-hand side, select Members
• Select the Member you want to Disable Payment Plan 

Member Details

A fly-out menu will populate to the right.
Under Groups/Team - Fee Plans- select one.
Under Player, Adjustments click on Payment Type.
Here you check the box that says Mail-In Payment.
When you check the box you will see a "success" message.
