How To Edit Player Info

In order to Edit Player Info, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here

• Under Select Access Level choose Team Admin or Coach
• On the left-hand side select My Teams
• Select Team 
• On the left-hand side, select Player Pool
• Select Player you would like to Edit
• A flyout window will populate from the right
• Click View Full Profile
• Select Basic Info
• Here you can upload the player's photo
  • We recommend the player photo to be 200x200 pixels
  • After you upload the new image if you click on the photo you can use the edit tool to rotate or crop the image

 

Editable Categories:

Player First Name: Click the line underneath and type the name

Player Last name: Click the line underneath and type the name

Photo: Drop photo file where it says "Drop a new file here to upload".

Player Gender: Select the circle and choose the gender

Player Date Of Birth: Click the line underneath and type the Date Of Birth

Address: Click the line underneath and type the address

State: From the dropdown menu choose a state

Postal Code: Click the line underneath and type Postal Code

Country Of Citizenship: From the dropdown menu choose Country

Country Of Birth: From the dropdown menu choose Country

Grad Year: From the dropdown menu choose Grad Year

GPA: From the dropdown menu choose GPA

Height/ Weight: From the dropdown menu choose Height. Click the line under Weight and add weight in LBS.

After all, edits are made click the Save button to exit.

Family Info

Gender: Please select Gender of Parent or Guardian

Parent Information: Click the line underneath each category and type Parent First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number. 

Heads Up! Emails can not be the same email as a player. The reason for this is the communication between college coaches and players in the TGS system.

Relationship: From the drop-down menu select the relationship

Once all information has been edited click Save Changes.

Photo: Drop photo file where it says "Drop a new file here to upload".

** We recommend that the photo be a headshot style photo so that the college coaches can clearly see the player.

** US Club and ECNL player's photos are locked once they are approved for their player cards. If the photo needs to be changed after the player has been carded please contact US Club or ECNL directly to get the photo updated.
