How To Add Player Documents

In order to Edit Player Info, you must first log into your TGS Team profile Click Here

• Under Select Access Level choose Team
• Select your team name
• Select Player Pool
• Select Player you would like to Edit
• A flyout window will populate from the right
• Click View Full Profile
• Select Documents
• Here you can upload the player's documents
  • We recommend the documents are 1.5MB or less in file size
  • Be sure To select the type of document and add a title for the document
  • US Club form must be uploaded under the file type of US Club

Document: Drop photo file where it says "Drop a new file here to upload".

** US Club and ECNL player's documents are locked once they are approved for their player cards.US Club from and Birth certificate/Passport are valid every year for the player as long as they are in your club.
