In order to Create New Categories/Questions, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here
- Under Select Access Level choose Club
- Select your Club (choose one if you have multiple)
- Select the Programs tab
- On the left-hand side, select Evaluations
- Select Templates
- Select an Active Evaluation
- Select New Category in the right-hand corner
Standard Pre Set Categories: Here you select the categories from a pre-setlist. Once your categories are selected click save.
Custom Categories: Here you will see the categories you selected. Click New Question in the upper right corner
Question Info: Click Select Category. Select a category from the drop-down menu.
Pre Set Questions: Here you will see a number of Pre Set Questions. Select a question by checking the box on the left. Select if the question will be required by checking yes or not required by checking no. Once you have selected your desired question click save
Create Custom Question: Here you can create a custom question. Enter a custom question name, select if this question is required, and click Save.
You can remove and edit questions by selecting an active evaluation. You can select questions by checking the box on the left. Once selected you can remove questions in the upper right corner. You can also change the requirement by clicking the edit button on the right-hand side.
