How To See Member Reports

In order to see Member Reports, you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here

• Under Select Access Level choose Club
• Select your Club (Choose one if you have multiple)
• Select the Programs tab
• On the left-hand side, select Tryout Registration
• Choose the program you would like to see Member Reports for
• On the left-hand side, select Members

Members:

Member Names: Click Member Names to see a list of members filtered in alphabetical order.

Date Registered: Click Date to see a list of members filtered by Date latest to oldest.

Gender: Click Gender to see a list of members filtered by Gender

Age: Click Age to see a list of members filtered by Age 

Fee Type: Click Fee Type to see a list of members filtered by Fee Type 

Payment Type: Click Payment Type to see a list of members filtered by Payment Type 

Payment Status: Click Payment Status to see a list of members filtered by Payment Status 

Actions: Click the edit icon. this will open up a menu bar with Member Details.

Info: Here you will see an overview of all selected member details.

Transaction History: Here you will see the Transaction History of the selected member.

Questions: Here you will see all Questions associated with the selected member

Search: Click Search to open the menu bar. Here you can search by Name, Gender, Age, Email, Payment Type, or Fee Type. Select how you would like to search click search and it will populate. To rest your search simply click Reset.
