How To View/Create Custom Questions

In order to View/Create Custom Questions you must first log into your TGS profile Click Here

• Under Select Access Level choose Club Registrar
• Select your Club
• Select the Programs tab
• On the left-hand side, select Tryout Registration
• Choose the program you would like to View/Create Custom Questions in
• On the left-hand side, select Questions
• Select New Question in the right-hand corner

Type Of Questions:

Standard Pre Set Questions: Click to open the information bar with Standard Pre Set Questions

Select To Add Question: Select any preset question by checking the box on left. On the right choose yes or no to make the question required or not required. After all questions are selected click save

Create Custom Question: Click to open the information bar to Create Custom Questions

Select Question Type: Here you can select your question type. Once selected, type your custom question under Question Label. To add your custom answers click Add Option and type in your answers. Once all Custom Questions are inputted click save.

Once your customer questions have been created click the save button.
